Step into a pivotal role guiding commercial construction work from the first mobilization through closeout. As our Construction Site Superintendent, you’ll orchestrate day‑to‑day field operations, champion safety, and keep schedules and budgets on track while partnering closely with project managers, trade partners, and clients.
A day in the life
Kick off morning huddles, align field crews and subcontractors, and set the plan of the day.
Walk the site frequently to monitor quality, progress, and housekeeping; document findings and next steps.
Enforce safety protocols and lead by example to maintain a zero‑incident culture.
Track milestones against the schedule and support cost control to protect the budget.
Problem‑solve issues quickly, from trade conflicts to material constraints, and keep stakeholders informed.
Capture daily reports, photos, and logs to maintain clear, accurate project records.
Mentor foremen and craft professionals, fostering teamwork and accountability.
What you’ll deliver
Smooth coordination among multiple trades and suppliers on site.
Compliance with safety regulations and building codes at every phase.
Consistent communication with project management, subcontractors, and clients.
Proactive inspections that ensure quality and on‑time progress.
Timely resolution of on‑site challenges with practical, field‑tested solutions.
What you bring
Proven experience as a Site Superintendent (or comparable field leadership) in construction.
Strong command of construction means and methods, safety practices, and code requirements.
Clear, confident leadership and communication skills that motivate teams.
Proficiency with project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Calm, decisive problem‑solving under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.
Relevant certifications (OSHA, First Aid) are a plus.
Experience with data center projects is a plus.
