Job Description
On-Site Construction Manager/Superintendent – Dallas, TX
- Oversee all on-site construction activities and daily field operations.
- Proven track record of managing both ground-up and renovation projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Review and maintain project schedules
- Exceptional leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- 8+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or On-Site Construction Manager.
- Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Buildertrend, etc.) and Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Comp: $110-125K + bonus + benefits
