Construction Site Superintendent

We are Residential and Commercial Contractor performing work in Westchester and Southern Fairfield Counties seeking a Site Superintendent to become a part of our team! 

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of subcontractors
• Keeping accurate records (daily log, project schedule)
• Production checklist - ensuring that all phases of production are completed
• Layout
• Accepting deliveries / material check-in
• Meeting Notes

Qualifications:

• 15-years’ experience
• Must have knowledge of all construction phases from excavation through finishes
• Must be highly motivated
• Must know how to read blueprints
• Must be able to work closely with Homeowners, Architects, Designers and co-workers
• Ability to build rapport with subcontractors
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
