Construction Site Supervisor

Hog Slat, Inc. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to supervise the new construction, retrofitting and remodeling of hog barns in Guymon, OK and the southern region
 
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for sourcing qualified contractors and subcontractors for these projects. Additionally, you will be required to stay abreast of subcontractors’ day to day activities and ensure that their work meets Hog Slat’s expectations for quality and timeliness.  You will work not only with our sales staff to coordinate the projects but also with our distribution team to ensure delivery schedules for construction materials are met and don’t slow down construction.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.

 
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will have the following experience/educational background:

• 5+ years of successful site project management experience (preferably in hog equipment installation/barn construction)
• excellent knowledge of all phase of commercial construction
• experience in construction scheduling, field supervision, and quality control of construction projects
• ability to organize and inspire sub contractors to exceptional performance
• knowledge of the modern hog industry is preferred
• must have and maintain a satisfactory driving record for liability and insurance purposes
