Pay Range: $40 - $45/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the execution of overhead/underground construction duties.
- Investigate and monitor accurate record keeping concerning project start, milestone dates, production logs, material costs, and labor expenditures.
- Instruct work site safety standards and conduct regular safety meetings with the crew.
- Support Specialists and leadership with project coordination.
- Generate logs and reports on construction, projects, materials, and expenditures.
- Review and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Monitor performance of the construction crew to established goals and objectives.
- Coordinate and supervise daily activities of business support, technical, or production staff.
- Update job documentation and verify paths for quality control.
- Act as the primary contractor interface in the field and liaison with Regional network Technicians.
- Ensure new or upgraded power supply is operational prior to cut date.
- Maintain overall responsibility for the quality of the NGAN product.
- Expect to spend 90% of your time in the field.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations in construction.
- Proficiency in project management and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
