Description

• Lead commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and overall project performance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Project Managers, APMs, and field teams
• Drive project quality, safety, and client satisfaction
• Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager (Interiors) should have:

• • 7+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
  • Strong commercial interiors experience, including large-scale office, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or tenant improvement projects
  • Proven ability to manage high-profile projects and client relationships
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing projects valued at $2M+ preferred
  • Driven, client-focused, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
