Construction Sr Project Manager - Westchester/Dutchess County

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead commercial interiors and public construction projects throughout Westchester County and the Hudson Valley region. Description

• • Lead commercial interiors, public, and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, reporting, and overall project performance
  • Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
  • Oversee contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities
  • Provide leadership and direction to Superintendents and project staff
  • Maintain project quality, safety, and client satisfaction
  • Identify risks and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

• • • 8+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
    • Experience managing commercial interiors, public works, institutional, municipal, educational, or similar projects
    • Proven ability to lead teams and drive successful project outcomes
    • Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
    • Experience overseeing ground-up and large-scale renovation projects
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
    • Proficiency with Procore and other construction management software is highly desirable
    • A strong personality and leadership presence with the ability to motivate field teams and build client relationships
