SuperintendentThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Leading all day-to-day field operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout.Managing project schedules, subcontractor performance, site logistics, quality control, and safety compliance.Coordinating closely with Project Managers, ownership, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.Providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior Superintendents and field staff.Driving project progress while maintaining budget, schedule, and quality expectations.Conducting site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting to stakeholders.Ensuring successful delivery of ground-up and renovation projects across commercial, educational, community, retail, and institutional markets.Utilizing construction technology platforms including Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and other project management tools.Supporting the company's continued adoption of AI-driven processes and operational improvements.Traveling throughout Northern Virginia and occasional surrounding project locations as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
