A successful candidate will possess the following:
Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent
Experience with projects in residential or multi-family construction
Experience working with CMR would be preferred
Strong leadership and management skills
Direct experience with projects ranging from $5-10 million
Salary Range: $65-100K
