Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, labor, and materials to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to address any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Resolve conflicts and troubleshoot problems on-site to keep projects moving forward.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among all personnel.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, PMP) are a plus.
