Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent | Texas Hill Country (Austin, Kerrville, New Braunfels, Georgetown, etc.)

We are partnering with an award-winning construction company in Houston seeking a high-performing Construction Superintendent to join their growing team.

This company values leaders who bring structure, accountability, professionalism, and strong communication to the field — individuals who “set the tone” through leadership rather than simply giving direction.

The Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction projects and work closely with Operations and Project Management leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all field activities
• Manage subcontractors and vendors
• Partner with PMs on RFIs, field changes, and change orders
• Lead jobsite safety meetings
• Maintain organized, professional jobsites
• Deliver projects on schedule and within budget

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Superintendent or similar construction leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of construction trades and field operations
• Ability to read construction drawings, schedules, and specifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record required
