Construction Superintendent
Full-Time | Construction
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Superintendent to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from start to completion. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing job sites, crews, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and overall project quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and job-site operations.
- Manage crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Review plans, scopes of work, and project specifications.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, and completion dates.
- Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and manpower.
- Maintain job-site documentation, photos, daily logs, and change orders.
- Communicate with customers, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Identify and resolve job-site issues and delays.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
- Assist with estimates, material takeoffs, and project planning as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent, Foreman, or Project Supervisor preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction.
- Ability to read plans, scopes, and estimates.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
