Job Description
Construction Superintendent up to $135,000+YEARLY

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily field operations for marine and land construction projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Assist with project estimating, mobilization planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Assign work, supervise field crews, and monitor project progress.
- Maintain daily production, safety, and project documentation.
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and field personnel.
- Monitor production and implement strategies to maximize efficiency.
- Manage project costs, including labor, fuel, equipment, and materials.
- Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience required; marine construction experience is a plus.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience supervising construction crews and coordinating multiple project resources.
- Knowledge of project scheduling, logistics, equipment, and material management.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home for extended periods (typically 3 weeks on-site with 1 week off; flexible scheduling available).
- Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
- Heavy equipment operation (dozer, excavator, loader, etc.) and/or boat operation experience is a plus.
