Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage daily field operations for marine and land construction projects.
Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents.
Assist with project estimating, mobilization planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
Assign work, supervise field crews, and monitor project progress.
Maintain daily production, safety, and project documentation.
Communicate with project managers, clients, and field personnel.
Monitor production and implement strategies to maximize efficiency.
Manage project costs, including labor, fuel, equipment, and materials.
Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience required; marine construction experience is a plus.
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Experience supervising construction crews and coordinating multiple project resources.
Knowledge of project scheduling, logistics, equipment, and material management.
Willingness to travel and work away from home for extended periods (typically 3 weeks on-site with 1 week off; flexible scheduling available).
Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
Heavy equipment operation (dozer, excavator, loader, etc.) and/or boat operation experience is a plus.
