Job Description
Fulcrum Construction Company is looking for a seasoned Project Superintendent to lead field operations in Beaverton, Oregon.

As Project Superintendent, you will be the primary leader on-site, responsible for driving safety, quality, and schedule success across commercial, multi-family, and public works projects.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities and supervise field teams and subcontractors
- Champion daily safety meetings and maintain a zero-incident mindset
- Oversee scheduling, sequencing, and coordination of trades
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Manage project schedule, budget, and resource allocation in the field
- Resolve field issues quickly and effectively with architects, engineers, and owners
- Maintain accurate daily reports, documentation, and progress tracking in Procore
- Foster strong, professional relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Mentor assistant superintendents and craft personnel
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent with a general contractor
- Strong background in commercial, multi-family, or public works construction
- OSHA 30 certification (required)
- Deep knowledge of construction methods, means, and safety regulations
- Proficiency with Procore and scheduling software
- Valid Oregon driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work full days on active job sites across the Portland Metro area
