Construction Superintendent

## Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Bedford Heights, OH. As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. ## Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure project milestones are met.

• Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and company policies.

  Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• OSHA certification is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
