SUMMARY: The Construction Superintendent is responsible for field-level oversight of safety, quality, and schedule across BlueTeam construction projects. This position serves as the lead onsite authority for execution management and scope coordination, ensuring that all work meets operational standards and client commitments while upholding the company's core values of safety, quality, and professionalism.
