Provide oversight for all phases of construction projects, including coordination of workers, materials, equipment, and trade contractors to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
Coordinate subcontractors across various project phases.
Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for field execution.
Track and control schedules to meet deadlines.
Report project progress and modifications to owners and architects.
Manage in-house field staff and oversee onsite safety.
Maintain daily construction logs.
Participate in weekly meetings with project managers, owners, and architects.
Interact professionally with owners, architects, and store managers.
Manage closeout documents and warranty information with project managers.
Qualifications include five or more years of general construction supervision experience, particularly in retail projects.
