Construction Superintendent

Your role as the Superintendent is critical in ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will run the day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of everyone involved.

We are seeking a Superintendent who prides themselves on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceeding the expectations of their clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Owning site operations, schedule, and logistics from mobilization through close-out.
• Coordinating subcontractors and verifying layout, line, and grade against contract documents.
• Monitoring production daily and keeping an accurate picture of work in place.
• Enforcing the safety program and the Quality Control Program without exception.
• Reporting field conditions and issues to stakeholders before they become problems.
• Coaching field engineers and assistant supers - building the next bench is part of the job.

The ideal candidate has a track record of delivering $10M+ commercial projects on time and on budget, with the leadership presence to run a site and the humility to sweat the details.

Salary range is $130,000 - $170,000 depending on experience, plus vehicle allowance and bonus.
