What You’ll Do:
Oversee all phases of bridge construction, from planning through completion
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials on-site
Enforce top-tier safety and quality standards
Drive schedules, budgets, and project goals to successful completion
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, vendors, and field teams
What You Bring:
10+ years of bridge construction experience (concrete and/or steel structures)
Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Proven record of meeting deadlines and delivering quality results
Civil Engineering or construction-related degree preferred
