Minimum of 5 years of experience in a SUPERINTENDENT role doing self-perform construction
Strong Planning & Scheduling Skills as well as personal planning.
Proficient at plan reading and understanding specifications
Understanding of budgets and job cost coding
Ability to quickly evaluate trade labor
Basic layout/survey experience
Ability to supervise multiple crews on multiple projects at one time (ranging from $50k to $3M)
Familiarity with union/trade labor & work rules
Work in NJ/NY
