We are excited to add to our traveling field team We are hiring a Site Superintendent to lead field crews ensure safety and quality and keep unique construction projects on schedule. Aspects of our projects could include grading reinforcing steel and structure concrete application machine operation plumbing carpentry painting and sculpting.

What Youll Do

Supervise and support crews of up to ~20 people

Coordinate daily work materials and equipment use light equipment

Communicate with project managers directors inspectors and other internal and external partners

Inspect work for quality accuracy and deadlines

Manage documentation reporting and timecards

Oversee shotcrete operations equipment readiness and quality control as applicable depending on project

Safety-first--this role enforces safety policies and assists with managing any incidents

What You Bring

3 or more years of directly related construction experience field supervision preferred

Experience coordinating with project managers general contractors and sub-contractors

High school diploma related associate degree is definitely a plus

Willingness to learn and teach

OSHA-10 required OSHA-30 provided as needed

Valid drivers license and ability to obtain DOT card

Blueprint reading and strong construction knowledge rockwork steel grading etc.

Preferred shotcrete or themed-construction experience nozzleman certified

Exceptional leadership communication teambuilding safety focus and problem-solving skills

Work Environment

Travel to project sites across the U.S. company-paid travel lodging fuel

Work at construction sites primarily outdoors

Work overtime as required

Physical requirements include lifting 100 lbs. carrying pushing bending standing walking and climbing
