We're seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead commercial interior buildouts across Brooklyn, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and with exceptional finish quality. Client Details Our client is a respected commercial interiors general contractor known for delivering polished office, workplace, retail, and amenity interiors throughout NYC. They value clear communication, teamwork, and a positive jobsite culture-giving superintendents the support and autonomy needed to excel. DescriptionOversee daily onsite operations for commercial interior construction projects.Manage subcontractors, coordinate trade schedules, and enforce safety and quality standards.Maintain site logistics, daily reports, inspections, and compliance requirements.Partner closely with Project Managers to track progress, problem‑solve, and maintain client communication.Ensure clean, efficient jobsite operations and uphold high standards of craftsmanship.
