We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and coordinate all field activities for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site utilities, earthwork, and/or concrete construction and proven leadership skills in managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and quality control.
Qualifications:
5+ years of construction supervision experience
Experience in site utilities, earthwork, or concrete
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and quality control
Proficiency in reading plans and specifications
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily field operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specifications
Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
Interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications
Conduct and document daily site inspections and progress reports
Enforce company and OSHA safety standards
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, inspectors, and bilingual crews
Troubleshoot and resolve site issues in real time
