Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a growing construction team in West Virginia. This is an opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who takes pride in running a safe, organized, high-quality jobsite and wants meaningful ownership over projects from mobilization through completion.

The Superintendent will oversee day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Enforce site safety policies and OSHA requirements
Review plans, specifications, drawings, and project documents
Coordinate inspections and resolve field issues as they arise
Track materials, manpower, equipment, and deliveries
Lead weekly/daily subcontractor coordination meetings
Work closely with Project Managers and ownership to keep projects on schedule and within budget
Identify potential construction issues before they impact schedule or cost
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to specifications

Job Details

5+ years of construction superintendent experience preferred
Experience managing commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of construction plans, schedules, and specifications
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to identify and solve problems in the field
Strong understanding of jobsite safety and OSHA standards
Proficiency with construction technology and project management software
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but equivalent field experience will be considered
