The Construction Superintendent manages field construction for residential projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities include providing onsite leadership, reviewing drawings for issues, maintaining project schedules, performing quality checks, verifying subcontractor compliance, securing permits, coordinating inspections, and conducting site walk-throughs.
They also communicate with trade partners, homeowners, and officials, and oversee safety, staging, and utilities.
Requirements include a preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, minimum 5 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of building codes, and a valid driver's license. Relocation to Cincinnati, OH is required.
