Job Description
  • Review project plans, specifications, and construction schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules and time lines.
  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
  • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedule and budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality control measures.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project team to discuss progress, issues, and upcoming tasks.
  • Conduct safety meetings and training sessions for construction crew.
  • Manage inventory and ensure availability of necessary supplies.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records of all construction activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety inspections.
  • Prepare and submit reports to project managers and stakeholders as required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, permits, and regulations
  • Facilitate smooth transition and handover of the completed project to the client.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Proven track record of managing complex / Class A interior projects within commercial office spaces
  • Strong leadership skills to effectively oversee on-site activities and coordinate subcontractors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with diverse teams of stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Commitment to safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
