About the Opportunity

Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is partnering with a premier Cleveland, Ohio engineering and construction firm to recruit an experienced ** Construction Superintendent** who will drive project

success by directing daily on-site operations across multiple concurrent commercial buildouts.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily on-site leadership across multiple active job sites to guarantee production goals, quality standards, and schedule milestones are met
• Direct and mentor on-site field crews, project Foremen, internal fabrication teams, and external subcontractors
• Build, maintain, and execute client master schedules; oversee all job site material procurement, deliveries, and inventory logistics
• Serve as the primary liaison between field operations and office management; actively participate in progress meetings and pre-construction planning sessions
• Work with estimating and project management teams to formulate pre-construction plans, communicating actionable strategies to site crews
• Enforce strict OSHA site safety protocols and quality control metrics
• Maintain accurate daily job logs using project management software and approve weekly field timesheets for payroll

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Construction Superintendent or General Field Superintendent.
• Supervising carpenters and skilled trades across commercial, retail, educational, or institutional building projects.
• Prior experience with exterior cladding, facades, custom metal, commercial siding, or roofing systems is highly preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities, budget management awareness, excellent verbal/written communication, and a professional demeanor
• Proficient with computers, tablets, and modern project management software
