Lead Construction ProjectsManage day-to-day construction site operations from mobilization through project completion. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules and drive production to meet milestones. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality expectations. Monitor and enforce site safety procedures and company safety standards. Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate progress to project stakeholders. Coordinate inspections, testing, and permitting requirements. Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges and schedule conflicts. Drive productivity while maintaining quality workmanship. Review construction documents and collaborate with project management teams on RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and field records.
