Lead Construction Projects

Manage day-to-day construction site operations from mobilization through project completion. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel. Develop and maintain project schedules and drive production to meet milestones. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and quality expectations. Monitor and enforce site safety procedures and company safety standards. Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate progress to project stakeholders. Coordinate inspections, testing, and permitting requirements. Identify and proactively resolve construction challenges and schedule conflicts. Drive productivity while maintaining quality workmanship. Review construction documents and collaborate with project management teams on RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and field records. Foster a positive, professional jobsite culture focused on teamwork and accountability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Lead Superintendent, or Senior Superintendent
• Experience managing commercial construction, multifamily construction, healthcare, industrial, education, mixed-use, or large-scale building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of scheduling software and construction management platforms
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage fast-paced projects while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• OSHA training or related safety certifications preferred
