Construction Superintendent
As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily job site operations and ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain efficient workflow.
- Managing project timelines, inspections, and documentation.
- Communicating regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Enforcing safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
- Identifying and resolving field issues proactively to avoid delays.
- Mentoring and guiding junior field staff to support their development.

To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Background of success in one or more of the following sectors: higher education, K-12, light industrial, or multifamily construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- A passion for building and a desire to grow within a stable, supportive company.
