Commercial Construction Superintendent

Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Oversee subcontractors and field personnel, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality expectations. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design and construction challenges. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and address any issues promptly. Manage project resources efficiently, including materials, labor, and equipment. Foster a positive and productive work environment among team members and subcontractors.

The Successful Applicant

• 4+ years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• Must have construction experience in the ground-up commercial space
• Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
• Ability to utilize technology such as Procore for day-to-day processes
• Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
• Desire to stay local in Louisiana
