Job Description
Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth operations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Inspect work completed to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications. Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates. Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, logs, and reports. Lead and mentor on-site teams to foster a productive work environment.
