Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent
Location: Charleston, SC (50 mile radius)
Compensation: $130K-$160K
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on ground-up and renovation projects across South Carolina. This is an opportunity to join a growing, well-established general contractor with a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7+ years of commercial construction experience
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics
- Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced projects
- OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and safely
- Coordinate with project managers, owners, and inspectors
- Maintain quality control and enforce safety standards
- Lead jobsite meetings and reporting
