Key Responsibilities

Project Financial Oversight

• Monitor project costs and help ensure work stays within budget
• Partner with Project Managers to meet financial goals

Preconstruction Support

• Assist with planning, scope development, and subcontractor selection
• Help define project-specific requirements and expectations

Project Start-Up & Scheduling

• Lead project start-up activities and develop schedules
• Maintain quality control and adjust timelines as needed

Project Administration

• Enforce safety and quality standards on-site
• Manage documentation, including contracts and RFIs
• Oversee project close-out and turnover

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Address issues proactively to keep projects on track

Leadership & Culture

• Promote a positive job site culture
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5–6+ years of experience as a ground-up Construction Superintendent preferred
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast, primarily within Georgia
• Strong commitment to safety and company values
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings across disciplines
• Experience with take-offs and material calculations (concrete, steel, etc.)
• Skilled in developing subcontractor schedules
• Proficiency with construction management software
• Strong communication skills; Spanish is a plus
• Highly organized with solid decision-making abilities
