Job Description Job Description We are seeking a CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, quality control, and implementation. This position will be for the Dallas and surrounding areas with no traveling necessary. Company Vehicle provided..Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationEnsure work is completed in a safe manner and all job site and OSHA guidelines are followedAssist in allocating resources for projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with sub contractors, architects, engineers, and clientsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specificationsQualifications:Previous experience in construction management in heavy commercial/industrial backgroundStrong leadership qualitiesStrong negotiation skillsDeadline and detail-orientedMust be proficient in using computers for document review, emails, and creating necessary documents using Microsoft based programsMUST be able to pass back ground check including but not limited to drug screening, felony record, domestic violence, I-9, etc.Company Description Holleman Construction Company, Inc. was started in 1972.We are a small, stable, 3rd generation owned company with 30 +/- employees.
