Construction Superintendent

A highly respected commercial general contractor is looking for an experienced Tilt Wall Superintendent to join their Dallas team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong field leader who has experience managing commercial tilt wall projects from mobilization through completion.

Our client has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial construction projects and is looking for a Superintendent who can take ownership of the jobsite, lead subcontractors and crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard.

What You'll Do

• Manage all day-to-day field operations for commercial tilt wall projects
• Lead subcontractors, foremen, and field personnel on the jobsite
• Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure key milestones are met
• Coordinate site logistics, manpower, materials, equipment, and deliveries
• Oversee tilt wall construction activities including layout, forming, rebar, embeds, concrete placement, panel erection, and finishing
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain accurate field documentation
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards
• Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Track project progress and communicate updates to the project team
• Manage inspections, punch lists, closeout activities, and turnover
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience
• Strong tilt wall / concrete construction experience
• Previous experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects
• Strong understanding of commercial construction sequencing and jobsite logistics
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and crews
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to proactively identify and solve jobsite issues
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Proficient with construction scheduling and project management software
• Valid driver's license
