We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a specialized service group within a top-tier national General Contractor, supporting smaller-scale, facilities-driven projects (typically under $50M). This role is based at Denver International Airport (DEN) and involves managing multiple active projects simultaneously.

This position offers a diverse mix of work, including renovations, system upgrades, maintenance, and design-build problem solving across complex operating environments. The Superintendent will lead field operations, coordinate subcontractors, and drive projects safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple small to mid-sized projects
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors on active and on-call work
• Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution across concurrent projects
• Support facilities-driven scopes including upgrades, repairs, and new construction
• Collaborate with internal teams on design-build and problem-solving efforts
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and cost tracking
• Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets project standards
• Lead coordination meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with all site and airport-specific requirements

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of construction experience with field leadership responsibilities
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and facility operations
• Experience in renovation, maintenance, or mission-critical environments preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, Word, SharePoint)
• Valid driver's license required

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in airport, healthcare, federal, or other highly regulated environments
• Industry certifications such as DBIA, LEED, or similar

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
