Job Details

Requirements

• Commercial construction superintendent experience
• Experience managing ground-up construction projects
• Experience overseeing renovation and expansion projects
• Ability to lead subcontractors and field personnel
• Proficiency managing project schedules and sequencing activities
• Ability to coordinate inspections and maintain code compliance
• Experience conducting site safety meetings and enforcing safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience managing project quality control
• Ability to maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to travel to project sites throughout Michigan
