As an Electrical Construction Superintendent, your primary responsibility is to manage and supervise field operations of multiple fast-paced projects at a time to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities & subcontractors
Develop electrical execution plans and schedules for critical infrastructure projects to anticipate challenges and mitigate risk
Ensure frequent communication with key project individuals, job site personnel, and Project Manager
Drive work activities to meet project schedule, remove project constraints, and elevate construction issues to management
Responsible for daily reporting and work with Project Manager for accurately maintaining project tracking logs and updates
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing the applicable state and OSHA regulations
Schedule and support quality control inspections, commissioning activities, LOTO's/shutdowns, and site safety inspections
5+ years of electrical, controls, or network construction experience
Past supervisory experience on commercial/industrial construction projects (e.g., hospitals, data centers, manufacturing facilities)
Previous experience as a Superintendent on industrial facility construction & MEP dense projects
Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and aggressive goals
OSHA 30 certification, NFPA 70E and NEC qualified or a certified electrician
Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations
Thorough understanding of construction design documents and ability to provide constructability feedback prior to and during construction; and experience with construction industry software such as Bluebeam, 3D model viewer, CxAlloy, or similar
