Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Overview:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and scheduling
• Monitor construction progress and quality
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Manage project budget and expenses
• Communicate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a construction superintendent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
