Construction Superintendent oversees all on-site field operations, managing subcontractors, budget, and project schedules from start to finish. Field Management: Direct and supervise on-site staff and subcontractors in accordance with the project plan and schedule.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce construction safety regulations, maintain a daily job site log, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Quality Control: Thoroughly understand blueprints, contract drawings, specifications, and addenda.
Liaison Duties: Serve as the primary point of communication between field personnel, office staff, and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the general contracting or construction industry.
Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour, Construction Quality Control (CQC), and First Aid/CPR certifications are typically required.
Skills: Expert knowledge of construction processes, blueprint reading, and computer literacy.
