Construction Superintendent
Construction Superintendent oversees all on-site field operations, managing subcontractors, budget, and project schedules from start to finish. The role requires enforcing strict safety protocols, maintaining quality control, and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
Field Management: Direct and supervise on-site staff and subcontractors in accordance with the project plan and schedule.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce construction safety regulations, maintain a daily job site log, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Quality Control: Thoroughly understand blueprints, contract drawings, specifications, and addenda.
Liaison Duties: Serve as the primary point of communication between field personnel, office staff, and clients.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent in the general contracting or construction industry.
Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour, Construction Quality Control (CQC), and First Aid/CPR certifications are typically required.
Skills: Expert knowledge of construction processes, blueprint reading, and computer literacy.
