About the Role:
Join Multicon Services LLC as a Construction Superintendent and take the lead on exciting projects in Dallas Ft Worth area! We are looking for a dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering quality construction work.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project timelines are met.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain workflow.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Manage project budgets and track expenses to minimize costs.
Provide clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and updates.
Resolve on-site conflicts and make decisions to keep projects on track.
Prepare and submit project daily reports and documentation as required.
Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in Multi- family framing or similar role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
Be able to read Plan and use of Procore
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
OSHA30 certification is a plus.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
