We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up, big-box retail projects across the Southeast. This is an urgent hire for high-priority projects breaking ground immediately.
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Package: $90,000 – $135,000 including travel allowance and expenses.

Core Requirements
- Project Type: Proven experience with ground-up commercial construction.
- Retail Expertise: Strong background managing big-box retail builds.
- Technical Skill: Direct hands-on experience with tilt-wall projects.
- Location: Ability to travel to project sites across the Southeast region.
Key Responsibilities
- Field Leadership: Manage all daily on-site operations and subcontractor schedules.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict OSHA safety standards across the job site.
- Quality Control: Inspect work daily to ensure strict adherence to blueprints.
