Superintendent – Large-Scale Residential Construction

Location: Connecticut

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a large-scale residential construction project in Connecticut. This position requires someone who has independently run major projects from the field and can take full ownership of day-to-day construction operations.

Responsibilities:
• Independently run the project from the field from start through completion.
• Manage all subcontractors, field personnel, logistics, sequencing, and daily site operations.
• Drive the project schedule and ensure milestones are consistently met.
• Coordinate closely with Project Management, ownership, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain strong standards for safety, quality, organization, and jobsite execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues without requiring constant oversight.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
• Strong experience building large-scale residential, multifamily, mixed-use, or similar ground-up projects.
• Must have experience independently running major projects as the lead Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of ground-up construction from sitework/foundations through structure, MEPs, interiors, and closeout.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, logistics, inspections, and field coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
