Job Description
- Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, holding teams accountable for production, safety, and project milestones
- Conduct site meetings with clients, consultants, and trade partners while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Oversee projects from ground-breaking through punch list completion, proactively solving field challenges
- Partner with Project Managers and leadership teams to drive successful outcomes across healthcare and commercial developments

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial General Contractor
- Demonstrated success leading large project teams and managing subcontractor performance
- Stable career history with 2-3+ year tenures and thoughtful career progression
- Strong communication and client-facing skills with a professional leadership style
- Experience delivering ground-up projects; healthcare, modular construction, or engineering backgrounds are advantageous
