Description - This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing general contractor in the area! The superintendent plays a key role in overseeing the successful completion of each project while ensuring high standards at met with safety, quality, timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. You will manage the day-to-day activities and schedules on the construction site, including overseeing the work of sub-contractors. This person will serve as one of the key points of contact for the customer as well. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering excellent benefits and room for growth!
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, or 6+ years of direct experience without a degree
- Experience working with construction management software required, preferably Procore
- Experience working on commercial construction projects required
- Ability to drive a company vehicle or own vehicle to visit job sites within 2 hours of home office required
