Job Details
- Experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale construction projects
- Ability to manage all field operations from mobilization through project closeout
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, self-perform trades, and project schedules
- Knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and site logistics
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience conducting safety meetings and enforcing site safety standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing project quality control and inspections
- Proficiency with construction scheduling software and field technology platforms
- Ability to identify and resolve field-related issues proactively
- Experience leading owner, architect, and subcontractor coordination efforts
- OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel to project sites as required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
