Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing commercial interior construction projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial interior projects
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site activities
• Develop and maintain 2-week look-ahead schedules
• Schedule inspections and ensure code compliance
• Maintain project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial interior projects
• Strong background in office build-outs required
• Ability to run projects independently from start to finish
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and project schedules
• Comfortable commuting throughout MD, DC, and VA
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
