Client Details

Our client is a well‑established commercial interiors general contractor with a strong presence throughout Manhattan. They specialize in office, tenant improvement, and commercial interior buildouts and are known for their repeat clientele, organized operations, and collaborative team culture.

Description

    • Manage all onsite activities for commercial interior construction projects.
    • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and interior trade sequencing.
    • Enforce safety standards, quality control, and clean, professional jobsites.
    • Maintain daily reports, coordinate inspections, and drive punchlist completion.
    • Work closely with Project Managers to proactively resolve issues and maintain momentum.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

    • Proven experience supervising commercial interior construction projects.
    • Strong understanding of interior finishes, millwork, sequencing, and MEP coordination.
    • Confident onsite leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
    • Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing tight Manhattan schedules.
