We are building a 'best in class' Construction Management Team. We need an organized and knowledgeable Assistant Construction Manager to partner with GC's and contactors and to complete projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. They will assist with budget preparation and oversite, organization, implementation, and scheduling for multiple projects ranging from $1-70M.

What our Intern Construction Superintendent will do:

  • Assist the Superintendent with daily job site operations and coordination of subcontractors
  • Participate in daily job site walks to observe progress and identify potential issues
  • Help maintain project schedule and track construction progress
  • Support job site safety compliance and attend safety meetings
  • Help document job site activities such as daily reports, progress photos, field notes
  • Assist with material deliveries, staging and inventory tracking
  • Review construction drawings and specifications
  • Participate in project meetings and take notes

During the internship, the intern will gain exposure to:

  • Construction Scheduling
  • Field supervision
  • Subcontractor coordination
  • Construction safety management
  • Quality assurance/quality control
  • Plan reading and construction documentation
  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Familiarity with project management tools (Procore, Bluebeam, CAD, MS Project).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work outdoors and navigate active construction sites
  • Ability to read construction drawings (preferred but not required)
  • Must follow job site safety requirements and wear PPE

Pay Rate: $18.50 hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
