A successful Superintendent should have: * 5-10 years' superintendent experience in construction * Background in K-12, municipal, or public-sector projects * Strong field leadership and communication skills * Comfortable with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction schedules * Hands-on, team-oriented, and detail-focused
